Hosted First Cursor Meetup Aug 27, 2026This was the first (and last) technical meetup of in Guadalajara! My favorite one so far, we had 4 lightning talks where we went more in-depth about Cursor and AI.
Finished Ghost of Yōtei Aug 15, 2026Not sure if I finished the game, or the game finished with me. People often say that Ghost of Tsushima has way better story than this one, but I feel like this isn't true. Both are amazing stories and I really love the immersion in the game that really makes you feel the need of vengeance like a real .
Hosted Raycafé Guadalajara Jun 20, 2026It was maybe the worst timing; in the middle of the world cup (matches being played directly in Guadalajara), heavy rain season where the main streets gets flooded instantly, and sometimes the morning/noon schedule on a Saturday doesn't fit with most of the people. Still it made it an intimate meetup, with 7 attendees sharing experiences and resources around Raycast and AI.
Started AI Vibe GDL community Jun 5, 2026After hosting 3 successful events, I wanted to have a "gallery portfolio" as a proof for each event. Then thinking more about it, I ended up putting it a name and start a former community to unify the AI ecosystem in Guadalajara
Attended Platzi Conf 2026 CDMX May 16, 2026I've been a Platzi student since 2019. It was a dream attending one of their annual conferences and this years I could finally do it along with the friends I've met thanks to Platzi.

Became Raycast ambassador May 5, 2026After being ambassador of two amazing tools that I use everyday, it wasn't in my plans to add another one to my list, but after seeing Emilio's post (CDMX ambassador) about the Raycafé he hosted, I entered the Slack community channel to ask for a Racyafé in Guadalajara... next up I ended being a former ambassador to plan the next event lol.
Hosted café Cursor Guadalajara Apr 25, 2026A first edition was hosted in 2025 by (Monterrey ambassador) a day before the JSConf 2025. This time with me being a local ambassador was time to resurrect the Cursor community in Guadalajara.
Became Cursor ambassador Mar 18, 2026After my first successful event, I realized that there's a lot of interest for AI in Guadalajara, and thanks to the amazing people I've met in previous events, I could apply my submission to become a Cursor ambassador.
Hosted vibe coding café v0 edition Mar 13, 2026After a month of a successful v0 event, I managed to land a second event right after, thanks to a person I met on a meetup. This time we went deeper into the v0 usage and I saw a lot of familiar faces from the first event, realizing that it was interest about these kind of tools.
Hosted v0 prompt to production Feb 5, 2026Vercel was preparing the big launch of v0 with IRL events around the world, so I took it as an excuse to volunteer as host for Guadalajara. The rest is history.
Attended JSConf Mexico 2025 Oct 30, 2025This is the first time that I went to a huge event like this completely alone. Not gonna lie, I was terrified at first, but the community is amazing, and you can notice that there's a lot of folks going alone as well, and everyone is open to introduce themselves with strangers. I ended up making some friends and meeting a lot of amazing people.
